MALMS VIP Criteria:
U.S. Military/Active Duty
Active-duty and reserve members of the United States Armed Forces from all branches and ranks with critical roles in aircraft maintenance, sustainment, operations, logistics, and other life cycle management programs.
Government Employee
Department of War (DOW) civilian employees, appointed to the federal civil service across the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard as well as other defense agencies with critical roles in aircraft maintenance, sustainment, operations, logistics, and other life cycle management programs.
MALMS VIP does not apply to:
- Department of War (DOW) contractors as individuals or entities that provide supplies, services, or construction to the DOW. The term “contractor” does not refer to military service members, civilian DOW career employees, or civilian political appointees.
- The commercial infrastructure of service providers such as power, communications, transportation, or utilities that the Department of War uses to meet military operational requirements.
- Individuals who fit these profiles are encouraged to register as Conference Delegates.
